What are your shipping options?

All Brother orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s tracked service. 

UK delivery is available Monday - Friday.

 

Where do you ship?

At the moment we ship to the UK. We’re working on resolving shipping to our Brothers in Europe post-Brexit and for those of you in the USA (and ROW), keep it locked, we’ll be with you very soon. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

An email will be sent  to you with a shipping confirmation. If you still have a question, email us at contact@getbrother.com and we’ll be more than happy to help!

 

Can I cancel my order?

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! Please email us at contact@getbrother.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

 

How do I return my order?

We are sorry to hear you would like to return your product. Please contact our customer care team at contact@getbrother.com within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to help.

 

I entered the wrong address, what can I do?

Email contact@getbrother.com  immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. We will do our best to help.

 

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

If this is the case, please get in touch with our customer care team at contact@getbrother.com. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage you experienced and we will take it from there!

 

What type of payments does Brother accept?

getbrother.com accepts all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

Are your containers recyclable?

Yes, we do our best to make sure our packaging is as sustainable as possible. All of our containers are made from recyclable plastics, so help a Brother out and please recycle. We’re always looking for ways to be more sustainable, if you have thoughts or partnership suggestions please get in touch with us at contact@getbrother.com.

 

Where are Brother’s products made?

Brother products are proudly made in the UK, utilising domestic and imported components.

 

I had an allergic reaction, what do I do?

Please discontinue use and consult your physician or medical care provider immediately. Once you have done that, please get in touch and let us know what product you used and the reaction you had. Contact us at contact@getbrother.com. We always recommend performing a spot test prior to use if you feel you may have a heightened level of sensitivity.

 

Are your products sulphate free?

Yes, our products are sulphate free. In addition, they contain no parabens, petroleum or SLS, all ingredients that are harmful to afro/textured hair. Our products do not contain any harsh ingredients that would strip your hair of its natural oils, but instead, provide a healthy clean and lasting nourishment.  Our products hydrate, condition, nourish and moisturise your hair even while cleaning.

 

Is Brother Vegan?

Some of our products do contain honey which is known for its nourishing and moisturising properties, so we are not a fully vegan line. Our Everything Oil is vegan.

 

Can children use Brother products?

Our formulas were developed for adults, therefore we do not recommend use on young children. Stay tuned for child-specific products. 

 

How are your products different to others out there?

We have spent our time developing a set of products that are right for you and your needs. Focused on the requirements of today’s contemporary black man, our products contain no harmful ingredients like parabens, sulphates, SLS or petroleum and have been formulated to promote strong and healthy afro/textured hair and are great on your skin! We have paid care and attention to ensuring you receive the best possible experience every time you pick up a Brother product; our shampoo and conditioner have complimentary-yet-different scents so that you know which one you’re picking up with a head full of suds in the shower, our Everything Oil is odourless so that it doesn’t interfere with your chosen cologne each day, and we have developed our core line of products to work as a set to keep you on point, whenever, wherever.
